What do you expect from me? You want me to explain what is Tile windows, Cascade windows and Arrange icons?

Tile windows

It tiles windows :-)

Cascade windows

It Cascades windows :-)

Arrange Icons

If you have couple of dozen minimized windows it arranges them :-)
