Welcome To The Nicosia Sailing Club Home Page

The Nicosia Sailing Club was founded in 1988 by a group of windsurfing and sailing enthusiasts. Nicosia is not a coastal city, therefore the club's base was established in Larnaca. Funds are limited, so the club has not yet got a proper club house. At the moment all the equipment is stored in three containers in a fenced-up area. The club needs help by anyone willing to help. Eversince 1988 the club is growing and more and more sailors become members. New members are always welcome and the registration is for free. However a yearly membership fee of 12 Cyprus pounds is required. All boats and sailboards are supplied by the club although members are encouraged to buy their own as they become more addicted to the sport. This is the current status of the Nicosia Sailing Club. This page will be constantly updated and enhanced so keep on visiting.
